1. You will focus on your body position

You will be able to focus on your body position and your balance without having thinking about flying your kite at the same time… which is a big advantage.

As kiting require a lot of skills at the same time it is sometimes hard to concentrate on something specific as you have so many thing to do at the same time. At the cable you keep the handle in your hand and your first focus can be on your body position on your board. You will improve a lot very quickly.

2. You will try more things

As you’re constantly pulled by the same amount of traction there are no bad surprises… this means you will be more tempted to try to switch from heel side to topside, try to do some surface passes, to go on sliders, kickers, etc… without always thinking about the power of the wind, crashing your kite, etc…
