Here are 5 tips which will allow you to stay beautiful and bronzed even when summer is over and the sun is not around anymore.

The first thing to know is that tanning goes hand in hand with hydration … so if your skin moisturised with cream that’s good,  but also moisturise your skin by drinking lots water, that’s even better!

The Second thing is a good scrub … but beware … only hard enough to remove the dead skin cells, not the tanned ones underneath. So we start with something soft but effective like a homemade natural scrub.

It’s easy:  Take olive oil, honey, brown sugar or brown sugar and sea salt.

All that is mixed to obtain a homogeneous paste and is applied all over the body in circular motions.

Third tip … beta-carotene is our new best friend!

It is easy to find in carrots, cantaloupe, sweet potatoes, spinach and even lettuce!

And a small tanning tip recipe: eat a tomato, a carrot and a touch of parsley, then spend an hour in the sun and drink 1.5 litres of water, that’s it!

Fourth tip: Again beta-carotene but as carrot oil … we can find it everywhere it’s and just apply after showering.

Fifth tip: A sparkly coral blush can be used on strategic locations: the bridge of the nose, cheeks, forehead and top of the bottom of the chin … with a light touch of course!
