The Liquid Force Women’s Kite Collective was created to discover and determine demands and trends for women’s kiteboarding products.

Men, for the most part, have taken the lead on deciding kiteboarding products and designs for kiteboarders. That said, there has been little to no market research into whether there is a need or demand for specific kiteboarding products for women.

Do women want pink boards and flowery harnesses? Do they need their own bar or footstraps? Or does it even warrant the resources and money to come up with separate kiteboarding products for women at all?

Liquid Force Kiteboarding are committed to discovering what women kiteboarders want and so are spearheading The Women’s Collective project for exactly this purpose.

The week will include 3 days of food and 3 nights group accommodations at their test location on Hatteras Island. Participants must be competent kiteboarders, and must bring their own gear. There will be opportunities for demo’ing gear, but there will not be enough for everyone to ride at once.
