Here at KiteSista we have always been big fans of girls who decide to turn their passion for the beach and water into a business and start their own companies.
Helena Fogarty is one such lady, a seasoned Fashion Executive with 15 years experience working with highly coveted brands such as Chanel, Ferragamo and Zac Posen. She became completely obsessed with surfing and found herself walking the city streets, dreaming of having the sand under her feet!
After a couple years of this, she traded in her high heels for flip flops and moved to Costa Rica to surf and in turn started Mi Ola Swimwear.
